Saint Credit Credit Repair Review
Today’s credit repair industry is full of paid services, some more expensive than others. Credit Saint is clearly in the more expensive category, with upfront work fees reaching $195 for top-tier service. But is the cost worth it? In our review, we’ll break down plan options, service guarantees, and more to help you decide.
The benefits explained

- Most plans include credit monitoring: Two of Credit Saint’s three plans include Experian credit monitoring.
- Offers a 90-day money-back guarantee: If Credit Saint is unable to remove the inaccurate items from your report within the first 90 days, you will be refunded all of your fees.
- High initial work costs: First job fees range from $99 to $195, depending on the plan.

Kinds of services
Credit Saint’s services are grouped into three membership levels that vary depending on how aggressively you need to remove inaccuracies from your credit report. This is beneficial because it lets you choose a custom plan that fits your needs without overpaying for services you don’t want.
Credit Saint’s entry-level credit repair plan includes five inaccurate information disputes on your credit report per month. These can be applied to any type of information, except for hard requests, which are only covered by the upgraded plans. You will also get an initial analysis of your credit score and ongoing monitoring of your credit score to keep tabs on your progress. Both are accessible through a customer web portal. You also benefit from interventions by creditors (cease and desist letters).
Credit Saint’s Intermediate Package includes everything included in the Credit Polish plan with a few extras. You will receive twice as many credit applications; 10 are included per month, and you can use them to deal with difficult inaccurate requests. The package also includes Experian credit monitoring.
The most aggressive credit repair plan offered by Credit Saint is also the only one that includes unlimited disputes each billing period. With this membership, like the others, you can ask the company to send cease and desist letters on your behalf. This can be a solution to stop unwanted phone calls related to accounts currently in collection. Of course, you will also have access to all the services included in the Credit Polish and Credit Remodel packages.
Receiving phone calls about unpaid debts that you cannot afford to repay can be stressful and frustrating. Many credit repair companies advertise cease and desist letters as a way to legally prevent lenders and collection agencies from continuing to make contact. Although it may seem like an easy solution, it is not that simple. Once these companies can no longer contact you, they can take legal action directly. Be sure to discuss the pros and cons with your credit repair company before allowing them to send cease and desist letters on your behalf.

Some credit repair companies offer additional services in the form of optional add-ons. Since Credit Saint bundles all of its solutions into a range of all-inclusive packages, the company does not offer any other options to customize the services.
Credit Saint customers can contact the company by phone or email. If you need help during off-peak hours, you can also log into Saint Credit’s 24-hour customer portal. Here you’ll find your credit score tracker and initial score analysis for reference. easy.
Past Credit Saint customers give the company average ratings with mixed reviews. The company has an A rating with the Better Business Bureau, although over 50 complaints have been filed in the past three years and the average review rating is just 3.5 stars. That said, no complaints have been filed with the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau, and Google’s customer ratings are significantly better with an average of 4.7 stars.
While online reviews should sometimes be taken with a grain of salt, they can be useful in spotting trends among past customer reviews. Many of Credit Saint’s positive reviews point to exceptionally friendly customer service agents. On the other hand, the most common complaint comes from customers who say that the company has not met its 90-day money-back guarantee.
If you have a complaint about the services of a credit repair company, you can file a complaint with the FTC or call 877-FTC-HELP.
Since Credit Saint does not lock customers into contracts, all services are offered on a monthly basis, allowing you to cancel at any time without penalty. All you need to do is contact a representative by phone or email to request a cancellation before your next billing date.
One of Credit Saint’s most unique attractions is its 90-day money-back guarantee. Under this pledge, the company promises that if it is unable to remove a single negative item from your report within the first 90 days of service, you can request that all fees paid up to that point be refunded.
Customer complaint data shows that many former Credit Saint customers have failed to get the 90-day money back they thought they deserved. Before signing an agreement with Credit Saint or any credit repair company that advertises a service guarantee, be sure to get a clear explanation in writing of the exact results you can expect by what date. This can help remove the uncertainty if you need to request your money back.
Credit Repair’s pricing structure has two elements. The first is an upfront fee that covers the initial work period, including a thorough review of your credit file and an initial analysis of your credit score. Thereafter, ongoing services are billed on a monthly basis according to the plan you have selected.
This fee structure is fairly standard for the credit repair industry, although the fees are significantly higher than average. The $195 first job fee for the Clean Slate plan is the highest we’ve come across in our reviews of more than 15 credit repair companies.

The competition: Credit Saint vs The Credit Pros
Our review of the credit repair industry found Credit Saint to be one of the most expensive paid credit repair options available today. To see if the cost is worth it, we compared Credit Saint to The Credit Pros, the competitor with the most similar pricing structure.
Like Credit Saint, The Credit Pros offers three-tier service packages. Each company offers a similar range of services on their three basic plan tiers, but The Credit Pros offers more services at lower tiers. For example, the cheapest plan includes credit monitoring, which Credit Saint only offers with upgraded plans.
Credit Pros also includes several services with its plans that Credit Saint does not provide at all. These include identity theft monitoring, financial planning tools and a prescription drug discount program. Overall, we would consider The Credit Pros to be better value for money.

|Upfront costs||$99 to $195||$119 to $149|
|Monthly fee||$79.99 to $119.99||$69 to $149|
Credit Saint’s Graduated Packages allow customers to choose their own approach to credit repair at a price they feel comfortable with. The company includes more services than most competitors, offering in-house credit monitoring and the ability to send cease-and-desist letters to debt collectors. That said, the service offering does not justify Credit Saint’s exorbitant prices. The good news is that a user-friendly money-back guarantee means you won’t be totally lost if you go along with this fee and don’t see results.
